Chester River Landing is a unique resort style waterfront residential community that adorns a historic nature with the ideals of the highest luxury. Planned to host 49 residential homes ranging from 1,600sf condominiums to 3,500sf single family homes Chester River Landing has something to offer everyone. Amenities abound at Chester River Landing through the use of clam shell walking paths, pocket parks, a community pool, luscious native landscaping, kayak rack, crabbing and fishing pier, tidal wetlands habitat reconstruction, private beaches, island gathering area complete with teak seating and grill, a 34 slip deep water floating marina, and architecture to compliment the historic town of Chestertown. To understand the architecture of the homes at Chester River Landing all that is required is a brief walk through the historic 18th and 19th century community that was founded in 1706. These original homes of Chestertown are our inspiration in designing the perfect home for waterfront living in a classical styled luxury community.
